To All High School Level Players
Here is your chance to play in front of college coaches in September
The Florida Association of Basketball Coaches (FABC) is operating two basketball camps in September for high school teams. However, if your high school is not playing in the camp, you can participate by registering as an individual camper. There are extremely limited opportunities to be seen by college coaches so don’t miss these events.
Go to our website www.fabccamps.com to register.
At camp you will be placed on a team, practice and play four games coached by an FABC member coach. Every game you play will be live streamed through Baller TV and will be watched by college coaches throughout the country. Every Division I college program in Florida that we spoke with is registering for our camps. In addition, local and national media and scouting services will be in attendance. HoopSeen will be in attendance and ESPN has access through live streaming.
The cost to register is $100. You will receive a camp numbered shirt for play and will be listed in the media / coaches packet.
You can also come on the Teammate Plan. Since you are responsible for your own transportation, housing and food you can choose a teammate to share a room and transportation with. You and the selected player will then be placed on the same team for ease in transportation. Only two players are allowed on the Teammate Plan.
If your high school team is playing in one of the camps and not the other, you are eligible to play in the camp they are not attending. If your high school team is not playing in either, you can play in both.
The deadline to register for the Ft. Kissimmee camp is August 27th and the deadline for Winter Haven camp is September 24th, however there are limited spots available so don’t delay.
If you have questions, email info@fabccamps.com Provide a phone number for a return call.
We look forward to seeing you at FABC Camps in September.
Bob Horodyski,
FABC President / Camp Director
